You can learn EFT tapping techniques your self through Gary Craig's extremely supportive website and through the marvellous DVD sets, which give you professional and comprehensive instruction and opportunities to apply EFT to all manner of different circumstances. Alternatively, if you would prefer to work through the learning process with me, I would be happy to teach you, using Gary's guidelines for EFT Courses and course content.

Personal instruction takes place in a relaxed, friendly and empowering atmosphere where you will learn how to carry out the simple tapping sequence on yourself and also on others.

We will start by discussing how and why EFT works and you'll learn about the Discovery Statement, The Basic Recipe, Psychological Reversal and the 9 Gamut procedure. We will explore using EFT to release physical symptoms such as pain, headaches, sore throats, congestion, muscle tension, food intolerance, indigestion, itching and numbness and also how to apply EFT for releasing emotions such as anger, anxiety, frustration, guilt, fear, sadness, loneliness, rejection.

We will also look into why EFT doesn't appear to be working in some instances and learn techniques to refine the process to get the best results.

At the end of our day together you will be confident in using EFT to relieve physical conditions and emotional issues, both on yourself and for others, and will be able to overcome psychological reversal and energy blocking mechanisms in order to get the best results.

But I would highly recommend that you purchase the Foundational Library series of DVD's from the emofree.com EFT DVD Library to complement my teaching and to further increase your understanding of and experience in the application of EFT, even if it is simply for and on yourself. These DVD sets are truly inspirational and very affordable! You can then go on to purchase further, more advanced sets as you progress.
