About Me

Ever since I received my first Reiki healing treatment in 2002 I have become passionate about sharing the wonderful and therapeutic benefits of the energy and spiritual healing I have encountered.

That first treatment offered me a profound spiritual experience and deep sense of peace and relaxation that had been sadly lacking in my life for many years. It opened a door that let love and light flood into my world, it sparked a fire, opening that I knew I was meant to share with others.

I always knew I was going to be a healer and have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. At just 6 years old I told my mum I would be a nurse. By the age of 9 I had refined my vocation to that of Midwife and although it took me until 2000 to qualify, I did indeed become a midwife! A wonderful, humbling and totally inspiring vocation, but sadly, one that I wasn't to stay in.

But my life situation changed, I lost my mum, found out I was expecting son number four, moved house, gave birth and lost my dad, all within 14 months. I’m afraid to say I was in no fit state to return to practice and with a heavy heart I left my longed for vocation and focused on caring for my family.

Although I have always been spiritual, I didn’t understand why I’d had to go through so much and lose so much until a year later, I found Reiki (or it found me). It was like being given the picture to the jigsaw I’d been putting together all my life.

Since then I have grown through my holistic and spiritual practices, adding therapies and techniques to my skills which I share enthusiastically with all who are willing to take control of their health, their life, and explore with me. I discovered EFT in 2005 and have continued to learn, develop, grow with this remarkable healing therapy - it truly does offer a key to the emotional locks that bind us to the past, to unpleasant memories or events, which ultimately surface in physical, emotional and mental health issues.

In the same year I was introduced to Angel Therapy and experienced first hand the positive, peaceful and long lasting effects of working with Angelic energies. The Angels took me under their wings and worked with me, helping and healing me and developing ways for me to introduce you to their healing and helpful ways. They have been working closely with me more recently in developing my EFT Practice to incorporate Angel Therapy principles and practice and I'm pleased to say it's achieving remarkable results!

And although I continue to grow and develop, I am confident and comfortable being an advocate, a natural healer and your guide. Someone who can guide you to pathways down which you can explore your own self, your own journey and take control of your own holistic health and wellbeing.
